My name is Deepak choudhary (DC). By profession I am a chef with a handful of experience. I have seen lots of ups and downs in my life personally and professionally. As a chef or cook, we don't have the quality of time to spend with our family. Chefs always want to prepare good and tasty food to make their guests happy. In festival seasons or any other special occasions, he sacrificed his own family and needs, because of their responsibilities towards job and duties like an Army man.

In my daily routine since last almost 10 years, I get up early in the morning and after completing everyday chores without skipped worship, I always reached my duty and start to serve guest with full of energy and passion.

Dear Friends, as it is my first time to share my everyday journey, I want to extend my heartiest gratitude to all my lovely readers and viewers to support and guide me.

Today I am sharing some healthy super food tips to boost your energy and health. Nowadays, it is important to add some nutritious meals in our daily diet especially when the whole world is struggling with the pandemic world wide disease COVID-19.

Look at this beautiful picture, as essential as morning walk for us same as good diet and healthy food keep us free of diseases and protect us from viral infections. 

                                    

So that I have decided to take initiate to get rid of this problem through some healthy nutritious diet like Super foods.

We could only fight with contagious disease if we get fit our health, mind and boost our immune system.                                                                     

Let's throw a light on super foods

1. Blue berries :- A daily bowl could be protected against heart diseases, obesity and diabetes. Eating blueberries in a day could protect against a wide range of health problems including heart disease ,obesity and diabetes. Blue berries are rice in Polyphemus antioxidants that protect cells in the heart and to help control the blood pressure.

                                    


2. Dry nuts :- Raw nuts are essential and pivotal for us. It has so many health benefits. It contains varieties of similar amounts of protein, calories, fiber and carbs and it is recommended that nuts always consume naturally, however roasting nuts may damage their healthy fat and reduce their nutrient values and lead to the formation of harmful substances. 
                                    


3. Fresh coconut water:-   Coconuts could be consumed in any form. As a chef, we are using coconut oil in our dishes to enhance flavor and taste. It is especially high in manganese which is essential for bone health and metabolism of carbohydrates, cholesterol and proteins. They are rich in copper and iron, which help form red blood cells and  help to keep the body fit and fine.

                                    


4. Whole Grains :-  Whole grains are packed with nutrients including fiber, protein, antioxidants, B vitamins and minerals. Whole grains reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity and pure wheat seed prevents gluten type of disease because doctors always recommend eating gluten free foods. 

                                    


5. Green vegetables :-Vegetables are always good for your health, Doctors also recommended eating green leafy vegetables instead of non vegetable items. Green vegetable content vitamin K provides a number of health benefits including protecting bones and helping to prevent inflammatory disease. Because of their high content of antioxidants and preventing cancer. 




6. Fresh fruits specially banana :- Fruits are sources of many important nutrients that are under consumed, including dietary fiber, vitamin C, potassium etc. Fruits rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure and help the body shine. Fruits are really essential for us. 

                                     

7. Jack fruit:-   Jack fruit is a rich source of fiber. It helps to prevent constipation. So it could help you feel rejuvenated for longer and keep you free from diseases like Diabetes, High blood pressure and skin problems.

                                     



8. Ghee:- I always prefer to use cow milk ghee for good health. Ghee is also good for glowing our skin. Even we directly apply pure ghee on our skin as it is purely edible and can be used directly or indirectly. 

9. Amla :- Amla is an excellent source of Vitamin C. Amla helps to boost our immunity, metabolism and prevents viral and bacterial ailments, including cold and cough. It has been used in our kitchen since ancient times. Amla also fights against the development of cancer cells.

10. Yogurt :- Yogurt is usually consumed in the morning as breakfast and it is easily available in home, market and so on. It provides protein and calcium and it may enhance healthy gut bacteria. It is used for aiding digestion. It is suggested that one bowl could be eaten every day to prevent irritable bowel disease. 





Conclusion: As a chef, it's our keen responsibility to share our wonderful experiences with useful food recipes (Recipes will be shared in coming articles) and energetic ingredients like fruits and green leafy and precious tips to make the body healthy as I have shared. I believe my little knowledge will definitely help all my lovely friends.
