They also contain polyphenols, which have numerous health benefits, even prevent us from many diseases like diabetes, cancer and so on.  Apples have soluble fiber contents which help to reduce weight.

2.Banana :- It is considered as one of the most popular fruits in the world. It is high in potassium and low sodium content which help to protect your cardiovascular.

Bananas with milk (milk shake) are always recommended to those people who are interested in building their body. 

3.Papaya :- It contains high levels of antioxidants like vitamin A,vitamin C, vitamin E. It also contains high fiber which prevents us from the risk of heart disease and helps with digestion .

In my Hotel industry, apricot known as a prune, which is usually use in numbers of dishes as a main dish and top garnish.

Main dish:- khumani ka pulao, khumani ke kofte and  khumani rice kheer as a dessert.

10.Chikoo ( Sapodilla) :- This is one of the best fruit ever in any season, but most preferably it is  winter fruit mainly and highly beneficial and you can get very easily from your local fruit shops and vendors.

Chikoo fruit is grown in the states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra and west Bengal. And origin from Mexico as per studies.

Benefits of chikoo:- friends seriously, it is only one of the best fruit, which is beneficial for bones health because chikoo enrich of potassium magnesium, calcium, iron and many other vitamins which is good to strong our bones.

Chikoo fruit is super diets for females and children as it is full of Calcium and Iron.

Onion juice can be used daily : Yes, it is fine if any one apply onion juice on scalp daily to boost hair growth, it is recommended that you don't use it for a long time or more than three-four hours.
Some people keep on overnight which is not good for sensitive skins, which may cause damage to scalp cells. if you find any type of irritation immediately stop yourself . 

Onion seed for hair growth- (Kalonji / Black cumin) Onion Seed also helps you to keep your hair shiny, dandruff free and healthy.

1. Onion oil with curry leaves : As curry leaves promote protein and beta- carotene which is very effective for help to improve hair health. So, you can apply ONION OIL with CURRY LEAVES paste on your scalp to boost your hair growth. 

Method of Making:- Take onion oil and add fresh curry leaves after washing. Make paste with the help of a mixer grinder and strain with a thin strainer and pour into any type of nozzle bottle and massage on your scalp a couple of days in week for better results. 


2. Onion and Aloe Vera gel : Take the mixture then massage into your scalp and tips of hairs. Leave until it is properly rooted in the scalp or an hour before washing it. Onion is popularly known for promoting hair growth whereas , Aloe vera helps hair to make it soft and hydrated. It contains vitamins A,C and E. All these vitamins make hair grow and shiny.

Method of Making :- Take a medium size Chopped onion plus fresh or herbal aloe vera gel for super results. For the next step, blend it well with the help of a mixer grinder and apply directly on your scalp. 


3. Onion and honey : Onion has antibacterial properties which helps to heal scalp infections. It has antioxidants that is enzyme catalase which helps hair from premature aging. Honey consists of fructose and glucose and has vital vitamins and nutrients that help in hydration and nourishing the body. It has antiseptic and antibacterial properties.

Method of Making : Take a spoon of honey and add two tsp of extracted onion juice. Apply directly on your scalp and leave at least Half an hour for good result and wash your hair with any herbal shampoo or conditioner. 


4. Onion and Yogurt : As yogurt contains probiotics and Vitamin B5 (pathotheni) that help blood flow to your scalp and enhance hair growth, So it is a beneficial combination of Onion and yogurt. 

Method of making :- Take fresh plain yogurt two tbsp and extract onion juice in the same quantity. Mix it well and apply on your hair and give rest for half an hour for good results. 


5. Onion and coconut oil:- Coconut oil helps to promote vital protein for growth and keeps hair strong and dandruff free. Coconut oil is enriched with many vitamins, minerals and amino acids which is a good combination of Onion with coconut oil. It will work for strong hair roots and improves blood circulation if you massage your scalp for effective results. 

Method of Making:Take coconut oil ( recommended brand) two tbsp and two tbsp of onion juice, also you can add tea tree oil approx 5 drops if you suffer with dandruff. Then apply on your scalp until it's properly rooted and absorbs. 



6. Garlic and Onion: Raw garlic is rich in vitamin C that is great for promoting hair-health. It has antimicrobial properties that help kill germs and bacteria.These germs and bacteria are responsible for leading damage to the scalp, also inhibiting hair growth. It has a power to boost collagen production that helps to stimulate hair growth.

Whole grains and weight loss always go hand in hand, we just get to know what grain is better for losing weight.

It is a well known ingredient in US and European subcontinent states.

The best diet can be prepared like a salad, puffed and good to eat like soaked and sauteed grain which will help to reduce weight and obesity.


Barley (Jau)- Barley belongs to the grass family and cultivates in warm temperatures globally and its insoluble and soluble fiber improve digestion power which is ultimately good for maintaining fitness and may help you to lose weight.

As we all know nutrients are extremely essential for normal functioning of the body. Minerals are required for muscles,bones and healthy teeth. 

On the other hand, The only way to protect someone from it is to avoid gluten from their diet.When Someone with celiac disease eats gluten foods their body overreacts with the protein and damages their villi. When your villi are damaged, your small intestine can't properly absorb nutrients.

Eventually, this can lead to bone density, certain cancer diseases as well as mal-nourishment and neurological diseases.

Symptoms of celiac disease can be range from mild to severe. People who suffer from celiac disease might experience symptoms like Bloating gas, anemia, diarrhea, abdominal pain, unintentional weight loss and growth issues.
